Ok - Which of the following best describes your situation?

I get a message such as 'unlock successful' but the software still stays in demo mode.   
I am having trouble logging in / syncing the Safelog Pilot e-Logbook   
It tells me that the information I am trying to enter does not match the information previously entered for that keycode or user/email address.   
Where the unlock screen should be I get a 'page can not be displayed' or similar error.   
Where the unlock screen should be I get a 'the website declined to show this webpage', 'this website requires you to log in', or a similar error.   
Where the unlock screen should be I get a 'gateway timeout', 'error 502', 'error 502', or a similar error.   
I want to be shown step by step how to unlock / access the software.   
My computer is not connected to the Internet.   
I think I need to manually unlock ('unlock confetti' issue).   
How do I install/unlock the software on my new PC / my second PC?   
I have some other issue or problem.
