The website works, but the app will not sync

Use this page when SafelogWeb.com works in a browser on the same device and connection, but the Safelog app does not sync.

Confirm that you have the latest Safelog app available for your platform.
In the app, try a feature that is processed on SafelogWeb.com and displayed inside the app. These features often have a purple banner, button, or heading.
For example, try a printout generated in the cloud or on safelogweb, rather than on this device, or a cloud-based currency feature.

Choose whether those cloud-based features work.

Cloud-based features work, but sync fails Cloud-based features show errors or blank screens

Basic sync works, but Full sync does not
