• GroundSchool for PocketPC is a program that works on PocketPC PDAs that have the Microsoft WindowsCE™ / Windows Mobile™ operating systems. Because of the large variety of PocketPC type systems and potential incompatibilities with some systems, we insist that all users install and try out GroundSchool for PocketPC and make sure that it is running to their satisfaction on their PDA before purchase. Do NOT attempt to purchase this product if you have not done so yet. You can download the GroundSchool for PocketPC demo here.
• During this purchase process, you are asked to enter / confirm your Device ID. This is a code such as "GSW######" where each # is a number. You should have copy this Device ID from GeoundSchool on your PocketPC.
• The license you are purchasing here entitles you to install the software on ONE PocketPC PDA only and is strictly non-transferrable to another person or another PocketPC PDA or other device. This means that if any of the following happen, you will need to purchase another copy of GroundSchool for PocketPC:
  • if your PocketPC breaks and you buy a new one, you will need to purchase a new copy of GroundSchool for PocketPC
  • if you mistype / misconfirm your Device ID in this screen, you will need to purchase another copy.
  • if your PDA breaks and is then sent for upgrade/repair such that such that major components are changed and thus the Device ID as reported to GroundSchool is changed, you will need to purchase another copy. Note that this should only happen if truly major repairs have been done.
  Basically, what we are saying here is that you are purchasing a copy for ONE PocketPC PDA only. Understand this. This is a fair policy and we will hold you to it. No whining later, please!
• After you go through the purchase process, an unlock code will be emailed to you. You will need to type that unlock code into the PocketPC version of GroundSchool to unlock the software. The purchase process is secure and immediate - your unlock code will normally be e-mailed to you within moments of your order. Very occasionally, due to a temporary system issue or unavailability, it may take a bit longer.

• GroundSchool for PC is a program that works on PCs that have Microsoft Windows™ and compatible operating systems. Because of the large variety of PC and potential incompatibilities with some systems and because purchases of the software are strictly non-returnable, we strongly suggest that you install and try out GroundSchool for PC and make sure that it is running to your satisfaction on their PC before purchase. You are welcome to download GroundSchool for PC from here.
• The license being sold here is a SINGLE USER, NON-TRANSFERRABLE license. What that means is that you are welcome to download and install the software for your OWN PERSONAL USE. Yes, you are allowed to install the software on, for example, your laptop and home PC or your work and home PCs under this license. The key here is that you must be the only user. If you know of friends, colleagues, co-workers, or others who might benefit from this software, please encourage them to download and purchase their own copies. Thank you for your understanding.
• After your purchase is processed, you will receive, via email, an unlock code that will allow you to transform the demo version of the software (which you can download from our website) into the fully unlocked version for the test bank that you have selected. The unlock process involves the software contacting our servers via the Internet to verify your license, so a one-time Internet connection is required on the PC where you wish to install the software. In other words, if you have a PC that is not normally connected to the Internet and wish to use the software on it, it must be connected temporarily to the Internet for you to be able to activate the software on it.
• You are NOT purchasing a CD-ROM or any other physical media here, and so no product will be arriving at your physical mailing address. In most cases, your unlock code will arrive in your email inbox within moments.

The version of GroundSchool you are on your way to purchasing is for PCs running Microsoft Windows. This is NOT the version for Mac, iPhone/iPad, Android, or other platforms. If you'd prefer to study on a platform other than Microsoft Windows, please click on one of the links in the previous sentence or return to the main GroundSchool page and start the purchase process again. GroundSchool is available on an a-la-carte basis where you are welcome to purchase our product on only those platforms that you actually use so that you don't end up paying for platforms that you don't use. While they each share essentially identical content, please remember that each platform version has had to be developed and tested separately, a process involving thousands of hours.
