Question / Issue:
There is an error with a specific GroundSchool Audio clip/ question, such as

<LI>I believe the answer to be incorrect
<LI>The audio clip has extraneous sounds / words
<LI>The audio clip cuts off unexpectedly
</UL>
etc.
Solution:
If you experience such problems, please do the following:

- Log in to your GroundSchool Audio account using your email address and unlock / access key.
- Click on the 'problem reporting' link which appears near the bottom of most pages there.
