Change Name/Info on logbook cover? |

Question / Issue:
After I registered Safelog, a different name / address / etc appears on the cover of the logbook software than I would like.
Solution:
It is not possible to change this directly, as it is tied to the anti-piracy mechanisms in the software.
Please contact us via the helpdesk and clearly indicate the changes you'd like. We are happy to do this for you (we have to do it via our back-end systems, and then the changes will show up in your copy of the software automatically in the future). However, we ask that you limit yourself this only if changes are absolutely necessary, as this is a bit of a time-consuming process for us.
Please also understand that we will reject information changes that appear to be attempts to transfer the software from one owner to another, as this is not permitted under the terms of license.
