My Unlock Code does not work! |

Question / Issue:
I purchased the Five by Five + PilotMorse package and my unlock code does not seem to work. Help!
Solution:
There are two issues that people have relating to this:
Number 1
Make sure that you realize that you have TWO unlock codes.
For example, your keycode line read something like this:
Five by Five: XXXXXX PilotMorse: YYYYYY
This means that XXXXXX is your Five by Five code and that YYYYYY is your PilotMorse code. Don't type in the words "Five by Five:" and "PilotMorse:" - just type in the code that applies to the particular product you are unlocking!
Number 2:
There may be a problem with a small number of PilotMorse codes. That is, even if you have typed in the YYYYY into PilotMorse correctly, it may not recognize it. To see the solution to this question, please read this FAQ under the PilotMorse section and find the appropriate question there.
