Important Message
Difficulties placing an order? Told to "contact us"? Over the last few days some of our customers have reported difficulty ordering. This may be caused by issues at our order processing partner, FastSpring. We have urgently contacted them to try to figure out what the issue is. When the issue is solved, this message will be removed. For the time being, if you experience problems ordering (“your order cannot be accepted”, etc), please do the following: try ordering from a different device, making sure that you are not using a VPN/proxy server or other ‘anonymizer’ that may get in the way of FastSpring’s verification system. Try using a different card, or, if possible, try paying via PayPal or another similar method. Thank you for your patience and we know that many of you need the software ASAP for the upcoming semester we are working on this as quickly as we can. Please note that iOS, Mac, and Android ordering is not affected and is working fine.

Some image very hard to tell
Category: Name That Plane

Question / Issue:
Some aircraft is completely unrecognizable in this picture / from this angle

Solution:
With so many images, we can not possible hope to account for every combination of images, so, inevitably, there will be some combination of questions that is for all intents and purposes fairly ambiguous. We apologize for this – but please recognize that this is likely to be only a tiny percentage of images.

That said, if you REALLY suspect that an image is so poor or otherwise unusable, please use the "report an issue" links in the software to tell us about it and our editors will have a look. Any chances we make will be available via the "update" feature of the software.
