Activation stalls or returns a blank page
- Allow the form time to respond. The usual delay after submitting is about 5–10 seconds.
- If no result appears, restart the PC and try again. Waiting about half an hour may also help if the issue is temporary.
- Check whether antivirus, firewall, VPN, or other security software is interfering with the program's connection.
The browser may work even when a security program blocks this application. Review the application's permissions in the security software, or follow the security vendor's instructions for temporarily disabling the relevant protection while troubleshooting.
Some security components can continue running after a program appears to have been closed. Check the vendor's instructions and restart the PC if required. The security-settings page below provides more guidance.
