If you experience such problems, please do the following:
First, make sure that you have used the update feature to update your audio. The issue you are having may have been addressed already!
If you're sure you have up to date audio content and the problem still persists ...
- Make a note of the numeric question IDs that are experiencing the problem.
- Log in to your GroundSchool Audio account using your email address and unlock / access key.
- Click on the 'problem reporting' link which appears near the bottom of most pages there.
You can alternatively go into our app that you are using to study, find the exact question, and click on the "report an issue with this question" button in the explanation pane.
Either of the above actions will ensure that your report goes directly to our editorial team.
