Question / Issue:
After I install Safelog for PocketPC, I click on the icon to run it but I get a message to the effect that a required component is not found, and Safelog does not run.
Solution:
We think the reason for this is tied to the fact that Microsoft .NET framework is not installed on your PocketPC. This is often the case for PocketPCs running Windows CE version 3 and previous (and occasionally also the case for later models), which roughly correponds to PDAs from 2003 and before.
To solve this, you need to download and install the .NET compact framework onto your PocketPC. This can be done directly from Microsoft's site as follows;
