By "from Dauntless" we mean that the checkout and payment process goes via the MyCommerce / Digital River / ShareIt system who process payments securely for us. External app stores that we use, such as Apple's iOS and Mac app stores, Google Play, and the Amazon App Market take your confidentiality very seriously. When you buy our products from them, we don't even get to know who you are, for example. Because of such policies, they also don't support any sort of applicable external affiliate or discount mechanism.
