Difficulties placing an order? Told to "contact us"? Over the last few days we have received a few messages from people having trouble ordering via our website. We believe that this message may be tied to over-protective security 'improvements' at our merchant partner. We have contacted them to ask for them to look into it. In the meanwhile, if you are having trouble ordering, please try these things:

Make sure your VPN/Proxy Server is OFF.. This issue might be tied to "anonymizer" browser extensions or VPNs. Some browsers now turn these on by default. This is the most likely cause of the issue you are having.
Try using a different browser or device to place the order.
Try using a different payment method.

Aviation Apps for Android™

Hello Folks,

We're pleased to announce that we've been busy making Android™ app versions of many of the PC apps that you've come to know and love. These are available for most Android-compatible tablet, smartphone, and other devices (including those by Samsung, HTC, Motorola, Acer, Alcatel, Dell, Huawei, LG, and many others), via Google Play (formerly known as the Google App Market). Additionally, for users of Kindle Fire™ and compatible devices, most of our Android apps are also available via the Amazon Android App Store.

Each of the new apps is being developed with the same attention to detail and user-friendliest that you've come to expect from us. Our mission, as always, is to get help you fulfill your aviation goals as effectively and painlessly as possible.

Android apps are for compatible Android devices only!

The Android™ apps on this page work great with the vast majority of Android-based mobile phones (smartphones), tablets, and similar devices - however, they are NOT intended for use with your PC, Mac, or iPhone / iPad.

Apps including ours for Android devices are available for purchase via Google's Android App Market and/or Amazon's Android App Store. If you have a compatible Android-based device, you are welcome to purchase our Android apps from the Google Play (formerly known as the Android App Market) and/or Amazon Android App Store.

Our Android apps (programs) have been needed to be specifically designed, programmed, and tested (a process involving hundreds to thousands of hours and specialized skills and tools) to work on Android devices and they certainly do work great on them. However, this also means that they work on compatible Android devices only--purchases made via the Google Play and/or Amazon Android App Store are not compatible with and will not work on, for example, your PC, Mac, or iPhone/iPad.

If you'd like to use a given app for both your Android device and its equivalent piece of software for your PC, Mac, or iPhone/iPad (where one is available), as some people do in order to get 'the best of both worlds', you would need to purchase these separately. This 'a la carte' system ensures that you pay for only that which you intend to use and is fair to all involved.

As of this writing, for example, the following is true: if you purchase one of our apps via Google Play, you can install this app on multiple Android devices that belong to you, including tablets and phones (the limit is determined by Google Play) and use them on each for your own personal use as long as both are connected to the same Google Play account. Note that Amazon App Store and Google App Store purchases are separate - if you happen to have a Kindle Tablet that can only get apps from the Amazon App Store, then any purchase made via Google Play, for example for a separate phone, would have to be purchased seperately for your Kindle. Please be smart about it--plan ahead, and ask questions if you have them in advance. We offer a very generous deal but we also operate under the limitations of the various app stores / app markets.
