Request a name change

Contact our helpdesk to request a name change. We review these requests individually.

Reasons may include:

• A legal name change, such as after marriage.
• A spelling correction.
• A formatting change, such as adding a suffix.

Product licenses are nontransferable. A name change cannot be used to give, share, lend, or sell a license to someone else.

Please include the name currently on your account, the requested name, and a brief explanation of the change.
