Chapter 14 - Night Flying
 
The intent of this chapter is to introduce only the major aspects of night flying to the pilot who has flown only in daylight. These elements include a brief description of night visual perception, suggested pilot equipment, airplane lighting and equipment, airport lighting, and the various night flight operations, as well as basic pilot techniques.
